IvyStyle TW is a slab serif based upon IvyStyle Sans. It takes cues from typewriter faces.
IvyStyle TW is not monospaced like many typewriter fonts, it is proportionally designed and in the light weights generously spaced. The IvyStyle TW is a text font, and has therefor larger punctuation marks and diacritics than IvyStyle Sans.
Normally the even appearance of a typewriter font hinders it from being very dark in the bold weights. My goal was to push the boundaries of the category and make a wider range of uses for the typefamily. And secondly, make a text font that would be a reliable work horse, even when enlarged.
IvyStyle TW is a contemporary typeface with a warm tone and a feel of presence; This has just been texted for me personally.
Together IvyStyle Sans and IvyStyle TW makes a complete suite of typefaces that gives designers more opportunities for setting typographic voices.
IvyStyle TW provides advanced typographical support with features such as case-sensitive forms, fractions, proportional lining figures, extensive language support, arrows and both male and female pointing hands.
IvyStyle TW is available in 5 weights with corresponding Italics. And since you can download the font in the desktop-, web- and app formats, it makes you able to speak in the same voice across all channels.
